We do not run the claims process, but introduces consumers to selected law firms who will ascertain the validity of a consumer claim and then run the claim if it meets their criteria. You do not have to pay us anything. We will be paid a fee by the law firm when we refer your case to them. You can claim for free, without using a CMC, first to your lender or to the FOS/FSCS.
